Words, Unsealed

I am working on a project of creating a visual dictionary. A dictionary not of definitions, but of sensations. I want to attach images to words in a way that holds their emotional temperature: images that translate language into feeling, and summon experience—touch, scent, memory, the residue a word leaves in the mind.
Each word becomes an invitation to slow down and listen. To ask not only what a word means, but what it does: how it lands, where it settles, what it awakens. The images are an attempt to capture that fleeting, embodied knowledge—the way a word can echo long after it is spoken.
So far, I’ve created images for ten words... The project remains open and porous, growing slowly, word by word. You are invited to take part: to suggest words you love, words that trouble you, words that carry weight or tenderness—and I'd be more than happy to imagine together the image that might hold them.
